The Hungarian Culture Week is coming to several cities of Albania during November 2-6.

ONE Albania and ALBtelecom sh.a, have initiated the legal process of merger by acquisition of these two companies into a sole entity.

ONE Albania announces that due to technical update to our platforms, a portion of subscribers have experienced service interruptions. As we informed our subscribers earlier, ONE is modernizing all customer service management systems. This is another very important step in our development, which will lead to a better experience for subscribers. Our IT experts have everything under control and are working intensively to restore all services to optimal parameters. In the meantime, we apologize for the delays in receiving our services and ask for your understanding.

ONE Albania & ALBtelecom, as part of the Hungarian 4iG Group, are collaborating in synergy with each other to bring "One Super Family" product, which starting from September 1 will be offered at all sales points of both companies.

The next step in the integration process of the two largest companies in the telecommunications market in the country is also materialized in the first combined product, which both operators bring together, as well as the high quality 4P (mobile network, fixed network, TV and internet) services provided at the same time.
