This agreement enables mobile phone users from Albania to have lower prices for internet use when they are in European Union countries and vice versa, foreign tourists to use the internet at cheaper prices in Albania.

Specifically, starting on October 1, 2023, all subscribers of ONE Albania will benefit from a significant reduction in fees for Roaming Internet units, from ALL 60/MB to only ALL 2.4/MB. Also, ONE Roaming packages are now valid in a wider network of international operators.
