One Albania’s Academy of Technology and Cybersecurity trains the next generation of tech leaders
Another successful cycle of the Academy of Technology and Cybersecurity has been completed by One Albania. Sixty-five students trained in information technology, innovation, and cybersecurity graduated from the Academy this Monday.
This program, which has become a longstanding tradition at One Albania, aims to equip and professionalize young Albanians through a practical approach that blends academic knowledge, technical skills, and ethical behaviour in the workplace.
Irida Bonati, Deputy CEO and Chief HR Officer at One Albania, emphasized the program’s forward-looking design:
"This initiative is built to prepare the next generation with the skills needed to thrive in the digital world. Since its inception, the Academy of Technology and Cybersecurity has welcomed an impressive number of talented young people, some of whom have gone on to join our company as employees. Throughout the program, students engage in internships across different departments and receive lessons directly from senior company executives."
The graduation ceremony brought together experts in technology and representatives from higher education, all of whom praised the Academy as a standout model for delivering contemporary, high-quality, and practical education.
"I’m glad that we’ve made this collaboration a tradition, and that companies like One Albania are committed to supporting students from the moment they’re still in school. This Academy benefits the industry, us as academic staff, and—most importantly—the students themselves," said Aleksander Biberaj, Head of the Electronics and Telecommunications Department at the Polytechnic University of Tirana.
By equipping young minds with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a digital future, One Albania’s Technology and Cybersecurity Academy has become a vital educational platform that fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth.
