ONE offers ONE FIX, the fixed telephony service dedicated to business and post-paid customers. The fixed telephony handset is offered by ONE, including a SIM card.

The One subscriber is provided with a fixed number in every ONE store, which can be used immediately, without any installation in the respective residence.

• To activate the ONE Fix service, the subscriber must go to one of the ONE stores with an identification document.
• The municipality/administrative unit and the correct address of residence must be specified.
• After determining the location, the subscriber will be provided with a fixed number, a SIM card, and a headset.
• To activate headset, first you must insert the card in the device and then turn it on to make the first call.

The activation of the fixed number is provided free of charge by ONE. The fixed headset device is available with the activation of the fixed number, and costs 1000 ALL.
