On behalf of ONE telecommunication and ALBtelecom I’d like to express my graditude and appreciation for trusting and being with us all these years.

Our main goal have been always to provide you with high quality services base on your needs.  This year was no different but was full with changes for us both in technological and organizational area. We became part of 4IG group and started to merge both Companies organization and services. I’m very pleased to announce that we managed to accomplish successfully the merger and starting January 1, 2023, ONE Albania and ALBtelecom will become ONE Albania, part of 4iG Group, the biggest Hungarian investor in Albania and the fastest growing group in the region. With the merge we enhanced our portfolio, focusing on the same goal, to provide you with best quality services base on your needs. As part of 4iG Group, ONE Albania will not only provide best quality fixed and mobile services but will play a central role in IT services and society digitalization.

To achieve that we had some challenges during the year in technology area as well. To set a solid foundation for the future high-quality services we modernized all our customer service management systems. The size and the complexity of this project have no twin in the region. We want to apologize for the problems and disturbances we might have caused you during the process and thank you one more time for your loyalty and trust.

We had to cross the valley to reach the peak, now we go beyond.

For us this is just as a start of a new journey, that includes investments in 5G mobile and fiber coverage of Albania in 2023. Enhancing the experience of our customers is top priority, and we will do our best to deliver it.  We will continue working hard to deliver even stronger, faster, and more reliable, state of art mobile network, enhanced fiber coverage and services while becoming a key player in digitizing Albania.
