BRIKENA HYSI

Brikena Hysi holds the position of the Director of Finance Group at One Albania, with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Her professional journey began in 2003 at Albanian Mobile Communications, where she held various roles for 8 years in the finance department, achieving excellent results in building business and finance expertise.

Then, during her experience at One Telecommunications, Hysi served as Operational Finance Manager. After the merger, she assumed the role of Director of Budget and Reporting, successfully leading strategic financial initiatives.

Currently, as of the Director of the Finance Group, Hysi plays a key role in creating and implementing the company's strategy for continuous business growth and sustainable value creation.

Brikena Hysi graduated in Business Administration from the University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi” and holds a master's degree from the University of Tirana, in the same direction. In addition, she is certified and accredited as an accountant by the Ministry of Finance of Albania.
