Notice on the Merger by Acquisition of One Telecommunications and ALBtelecom sh.a

ONE Albania and ALBtelecom sh.a, have initiated the legal process of merger by acquisition of these two companies into a sole entity.
In compliance with the provisions of law No. 9901, dated 14.04.2008” On the entrepreneurs and the commercial companies”, (amended), ONE Albania publishes:
- Project Merger Agreement;
- Joint Report of the Administrators;
- Report of the independent expert;
- Financial statements of the company for years 2019 - 2020 - 2021
