IRIDA BONATI

Irida Bonati holds the position of Deputy Executive Director and Director of the Human Resources Group at One Albania.

Her career in the telecommunications industry began immediately after graduation, in 2003, at the AMC company, where she served as Human Resources Director for about 5 years. In 2008, she was transferred to the Eagle Mobile company, again in the position of Human Resources Director, a position she held even after the merger of the two companies Eagle Mobile and Albtelecom.

In March 2022, Bonati was appointed Deputy Executive Director and Operating Director of ALBtelecom. She was responsible for human resources management, organizational development, health and safety, administrative affairs, security, property management, real estate leasing, administrative affairs and asset management, asset assurance, quality management, local government taxes and land acquisition relations and management.

Irida Bonati completed her bachelor’s studies in Business Administration, Management profile, at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, in 2003. She completed her master’s studies in 2016 in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Tirana in collaboration with the University of Nebraska.
