- The fair usage policy for National Minutes will be 10,000 Minutes.

- International minutes and SMS are valid to these destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Canada, China, Kosovo, Croatia, Luxembourg, Montenegro, North Macedonia , United Kingdom, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Switzerland and USA.
- The monthly subscription is proportional depending on the activation date and the units included in the package (Minutes, SMS, MB) are whole. This condition applies to all subscription methods: new activation, transfer, alienation.
- Initial step charge is 60 seconds; after that per second charging will apply.
- Internet consumption step charge will be every 10 KB.
- For the ONE ULTRA+ BUSINESS 50 S , the Internet will be unlimited at a speed of up to 50 Mbps.
- For the ONE ULTRA+ BUSINESS MAX S, the Internet will be unlimited at maximum speed.
- For Unlimited Internet Units, the fair usage policy will apply: 50 GB per day. If this daily volume is exceeded, the internet speed will be 128kbps. The subscriber's internet speed will be restored between 00:00 and 00:59 the next day.
- National minutes and SMS are also valid while Roaming in the Western Balkans.
- Maximum Internet volume, which is also valid while Roaming in the Western Balkans: 1 GB for One Business Go Pro, 4.14 GB for One Business Smart Pro, 5.03 GB for One Business Extra Pro.

- The subscriber who has chosen one of the above charging plans at the beginning of each month will automatically benefit from 4G speed Internet.
- The subscriber can change his tariff plan at any time, to another tariff plan with a higher monthly subscription.
- The maximum amount of internet you can use from your ONE ULTRA+ BUSINESS 50 S Roaming plan in the Western Balkans is: 15 GB.
- The maximum amount of internet you can use from your ONE ULTRA+ BUSINESS MAX S plan in the Western Balkans is: 16 GB.
- For the One Ultra Business Max plan, Roaming units are valid in zone 1.
