The service is available to all customers in four simple steps: customers can visit any ONE store to begin the process, where a service employee registers the customer and provides the eSIM voucher. Using their mobile phone, the customer then scans the QR code on the physical voucher, after which the eSIM profile is downloaded and activated on the customer's mobile phone, ready for use.
