SONILA PROFILI

Sonila Profili holds the position of Director of Technology and Information at One Albania.

With a long professional career spanning more than 2 decades in the telecommunications industry, she has made significant contributions to technology budget planning, project management and digital transformation initiatives at leading telecommunications companies.

Sonila's journey in this industry started with Vodafone, where she held various roles for 9 years.

She was then positioned as Director of the Information Technology Development Department, at Plus Communications, where for 4 years she led her team through numerous information technology projects.

Following her professional career, Sonila was transferred to ALBtelecom as Director of the BSS Department, during an important BSS/OSS transformation project.

As for the academic background, Sonila completed her master's studies in Electronic Engineering at the University of Tirana, as well as followed an executive MBA from the University of Vienna, CEU, thus completing her knowledge in the technical and strategic framework.
