What is e-Bill?

 e-Bill is an electronic billing method. Through this service, users can view their monthly bill online, at any time, wherever they are. e-Bill not only provides the electronic bill, but also allows you to make detailed reports by downloading the data in different formats.

How can I get this service?

e-Bill is a form of electronic billing. Through this service, users can view their monthly bill online, from anywhere, at any time.

To receive this service, post-paid users must first register in any ONE store. If the person is a new user, he/she can activate the service at the moment of signing the contract with ONE. If the person is an early user, he/she must show up at any One store to activate the service.

Initial registration for e-Bill activation.

For single-line individual customers, the following information is required, which you can fill in by clicking Help on the e-Bill page:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Your message

After sending the request, the customer will be informed that the request was sent, and that he/she will be informed about the service within 48 hours. The above information will be sent to the address: fatura@one.al..

 Once the request is approved, and the customer has received the credentials by email, he/she can access the e-bill by clicking here.

Payment method

ONE subscribers can pay the dues of the invoices issued in the following ways:

• In the My One App by clicking the "Outstanding Bills" icon on the Home Page or in the App menu by selecting Bills.
• At ONE shops ONE.
• At Western Union points throughout Albania.
• Through Online Banking or Direct Debit
• At commercial banks through the following data
