ERVIN SHPORI

Ervin Shpori holds the position of Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Director.

Shpori started his professional career as a lawyer at Albtelecom in 2001. In 2005, he became a member of the Albanian Bar Association. Then, in 2008, he was promoted as Director of the Legal Affairs Department and since 2014, he has served as Director of the Legal, Competition and Regulatory Department.

In 2022, Shpori was appointed interim General Director of Albtelecom to facilitate the merger process of Albtelecom and One Telecommunications. In January 2023, he was selected as head of the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance department in the new merged company, ONE Albania.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Shpori has been responsible for legal and commercial consulting, as well as negotiating agreements for complex transactions, in various areas of law, such as: the legal framework of competition, electronic telecommunications and audiovisual transmissions, as well as issues related to mergers and acquisitions. With his expertise, he has undertaken successful practices for the legal progress of the company. Shpori has managed judicial processes, at a national and international level, in civil courts and arbitration institutions.

Ervin Shpori holds a Master of Science degree in Law from Luigj Gurakuqi University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in management from the Faculty of Economy.
