Hungarissimo brings the shine of Hungary in Tirana

4iG, Hungarian investor of ALBtelecom and One supports Hungarissimo, which brings the Hungarian Culture Week with a series of unique events

The Hungarian Culture Week is coming to several cities of Albania during November 2-6.

The activities that begin on November 2 with the opening of the exhibition of two Hungarian artists along Pedestrian area, will be accompanied by a variety of cultural events for the general public.

International Cultural Weeks (JKN) 2022 is an initiative of the Ministry of Culture supported by Tirana Municipality and Tirana Youth Capital that brings to Albania the sounds, images, aromas, and tastes of 18 countries around the world.

The Hungarissimo Festival is supported by the 4iG Group, which is positioned as the biggest Hungarian investor in Albania after the acquisition of ONE Albania and ALBtelecom.

During the press conference held today at the National Historical Museum, Mr. Robert Budafoki, Vice President of 4iG International, based in Tirana, wishing success to all the artists of the festival, among others added:

"We are pleased to support the Hungarissimo Festival, which will help promote and further strengthen the ties between our two countries, through diverse and interesting activities. Hungarissimo's mission is quite similar to our mission in Albania. We are both promoting the links between Hungarian investment and expertise with the extraordinary Albanian resources. Our final goal remains to offer the best services to Albanian citizens and above all to promote digital innovation in Albania."

The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Mrs. Meri Kumbe emphasized that:

International Cultural Weeks, an initiative of the Albanian Government and the Ministry of Culture, comes precisely to celebrate the 110th anniversary of Albania's Independence and the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Hungary. Our aim is to turn Albania into an open international stage, where each country can present the diverse colors of its own country's culture, but at the same time create ways of communication for the community of artists and not only."

Mr. Adam Lovassy, Deputy Ambassador of the Hungarian Embassy in Tirana appreciated the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and the cooperation of the two countries, which this year celebrate the 100th anniversary 

In addition to Tirana, Fieri will be another city where will be presented a selected artistic program, while the night of November 5 will be dedicated to the sounds of music and the enjoyment of art and of traditional Hungarian cuisine.

The series of events will culminate with the Grand Gala night, dedicated to classical orchestral music, in the theater of Korca, with the participation of many Albanian and foreign artists wh o perform in different countries  around the world.

Hungarissimo has already become a tradition event, which will continue to be an annual part of the recognition and exchange of Hungarian traditions, art, culture and cuisine.
